Your RFMO quarterly submissions are the primary evidence base for your annual ISSF audit. Navigator reviews every vessel purchase record against the full set of applicable Conservation Measures before they become audit findings.

Navigator cross-references RFMO authorized vessel registries, the ISSF ProActive Vessel Register, the consolidated IUU vessel list, and other ISSF data sources, returning findings classified by severity, each with specific action guidance.

Supply Chain Vessel Monitoring
A documented monitoring record every week, whether a vessel's status changed or not.

ISSF Conservation Measures require you to verify that each sourcing vessel is in compliance at the time of fishing, not during the audit. The obligation is continuous. The window to act closes the moment the fish is purchased.

Scombrid retrieves the full ISSF PVR weekly. Sentinel checks every vessel on your sourcing list for status changes across all ten monitored PVR compliance attributes, and delivers a documented report regardless of whether anything changed.

  • Weekly email confirmation that monitoring occurred: a documented record, not a spot-check
  • On change: the specific attribute, direction of change, effect on purchase decisions, and full current status
  • On no change: clean confirmation that all monitored vessels were checked and remain unchanged
  • Vessels matched by IMO/UVI number; unmatched vessels flagged immediately

Why Scombrid

Built from the inside out.

I built Scombrid because I kept seeing the same gaps across a decade of ISSF PC and vessel audits, and knew they were a product of scale and tooling, not effort. The checks were developed from the inside out, by someone who has run these audits, knows which findings recur, and understands exactly what auditors ask for and why.

Scombrid is built around the specific logic of ISSF Conservation Measures, the structure of RFMO reports, and the gaps that recur in practice across PC supply chains.
